What you can do

The Zapier integration lets you trigger 1ClickImpact actions from events in other apps. This is a no-code way to extend your impact beyond Shopify orders. For example:

• Form submissions — Plant a tree every time someone fills out a contact form
• CRM events — Remove ocean waste when a new customer is added to your CRM
• Email signups — Capture carbon for every new newsletter subscriber
• Survey completions — Trigger impact when customers complete a feedback survey
• Custom workflows — Chain multiple apps together with impact as part of the flow

Getting started

1. Visit 1clickimpact.com/integrations/zapier to access the integration
2. Connect your 1ClickImpact account using your API key
3. Choose a trigger app (the app that starts the workflow)
4. Set the action to trigger impact through 1ClickImpact
5. Configure the impact type and amount
6. Turn on the Zap

No code is required. The entire setup is done through the Zapier visual editor.
